General Health Hacks

Exercise & Eating

Sleep

Don't sleep with your body flat. Have your head and even your torso at least slightly elevated. This will prevent nasal stuff from pooling and caking your throat and head. 

Have water or another healthy liquid by your bed, and periodically drink it throughout the night so you aren't dehydrated while sleeping and when you wake up in the morning.

Shower
