Da-CoMo-VaTra™ is a fitness framework based on five principles: Daily, Convenient, Moderation, Variety and Tradition. As a framework,
Da-CoMo-VaTra prescribes the key attributes of a fitness regimen—
but not the activities of the regimen.
To easily and incrementally adopt the Da-CoMo-VaTra Framework (and a healthy lifestyle), the Da-CoMo-VaTra principles have been integrated into a list of steps.

ABOUT
Da-CoMo-VaTra is a fitness framework and philosophy for people who want to be physically and mentally fit in their middle ages (i.e. 40's and 50's) and super fit in their senior years (i.e. 60's, 70's and beyond). Accordingly, this framework isn't for professional athletes or extreme sports enthusiasts (e.g. marathoners or triathletes).
I developed Da-CoMo-VaTra.com to describe my approach to fitness, and also to experientially learn about internet technologies and social media marketing via first-hand use. The first version of Da-CoMo-VaTra.com was released in 2010 and can be found here (accessible via the Wayback Machine).
Here's my Da-CoMo-VaTra workout routines as of 2022 January 1. Also, here are some of my hacks for mitigating common colds, parenting young children, and miscellaneous life.
